Springfield is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Springfield follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I bought a 2022 Flagstaff classic fifth wheel for Work. I currently travel on the road to work. It’s been doing it for 12 years. This is my first time buying a camper from camping world I’ve owned several campers. I can honestly say that I am not happy I’ve contacted the business Bureau and even my attorneys camping world in Springfield. My offense has no business running a company I bought my unit. They found a couple issues with it. I never even brought it home. They had my unit 2 1/2 weeks replaced the floor one of the slides and was supposed to go through the whole unit. I pick my unit up and head to a job in Arkansas to come to find out that I had a main air conditioner that did not work my bedroom wide plugs for like charging your phone or alarm clock do not work the Showerhead was broken the kitchen sink barely had any water pressure and some more issues that I continue to have to fix. I reached out to them. They told me I had to bring the unit back to them. Remind you it’s 100Β° outside at the time with my dog in the camper. I had to call a service guy out. They cost me about thousand dollars to tell me the air conditioner was no good Camping world did pay for an air-condit

So we bought a 2024 momentum toy-hauler on JULY 22nd. On the 21st we received a call about a recall that must be repaired before they can release it...okay I get it. The parts were ORDERED ON THE 21ST. We were supposed to get a new bed, didn't order it it until signing was done. Just arrived weeks later. Supposed to do an exterior treatment to the rv, never done. I don't understand thier thinking or processes. When an rv comes in on trade or to sell, evaluate rv and make necessary repairs or corrections to make it syllable. We took delivery two weeks after signing and things weren't comeplete 100%, the bed was still on order, the coating wasn't done. At this point I could of walked away, legally. The new GM calls me trying to make things right and began to bully my on the phone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone until they fix their processes and communication problems. The parts guy was off on the Thursday and Friday after signing, and nobody knew our parts status. Nobody? Thats a broken system. It was a colossal nightmare getting answers. Be cautious folks.

Made an appointment a week in advance to buy a specific camper. Despite doing all the prerequisite needed to make it as quick and painless as possible we were still there for almost 4 hours. Damage had occurred to the camper between the time that we initially looked at it and when we purchased it. During the walk through we noticed it and they said it was an easy fix and supposedly fixed it while we were there. They also hid other damage that would have been obvious to anyone moving the bed. Unfortunately I didn't do sure diligence and walk through every step of set up and tear down. That's on me. However I do think it's quite unscrupulous to not disclose such an obvious damage to the people who broke it down and set it up multiple times between the day we initially made the 4 hour one way trip to see it and a week later when we bought it. Also the quick and easy "fix" broke and caused more damage in the 3 hours it took to get from camping world to the campsite so we could set up and organize our camping gear. I don't fault the salesman or the parts guy who didn't have anything to do with the supposed inspection that was also supposedly performed before our purchase, but there had

The rv sale experience was not accomplished do to the lack of experience of the sales associates. I had my own finance approval and still they couldn't get the sale done. Wanted to over charge me for registration taxes while everything is online to calculate my tax obligations. Sent the Missouri Revenue link for taxes calculator base on address and sale price for residents that either purchasefrom a MO dealership or out of state. Still they insisted on over charges me for taxes. However, called Stafford MO Camping World and William Bishop presented a better option. Within one day we got a better financial interest rate and closed the deal. Talked with Mr Bishop after sales with Springfield IL failure. Around a hour we had a quote. On next day I was working with finance. Around a hour later of calling we scheduled my pickup date and finish the paperwork. Taxes on the dot, discounts on the dot and negotiation went smoothly. I got a better deal and zero hassles at Stafford MO. I knew what I needed and wanted. Springfield IL Camping World Sale Team couldn't deliver. Two stars because the inexperienced sales guy even used his personal phone to try to make the deal go through. Hope he le

Jack worked hard to make a deal and earn our business on a leftover 2025 that was already marked down quite a bit, but still just out of our budget. The pickup process was punctual and Jack even made sure we were getting the best price available on accessories.
